Terms of Service

By using AWE Radio ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by Retro 87 AB, Sweden.

The Service

AWE Radio provides internet radio hosting. You create a station, upload music, and we stream it to your listeners. We also provide live video broadcasting and listener analytics.

Your Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account.
You are responsible for all activity on your station.
One free station per account.
You can delete your station at any time from the station settings.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast. This includes music, audio, video, and any live broadcasts. AWE Radio does not monitor or pre-screen content.

You must have the legal right to broadcast all content on your station.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary music licenses (see our Music & Licensing guide).
You must not broadcast content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or violates others' rights.
We may remove content or suspend stations that violate these terms.

Free Plan Limits

1 streaming channel
2 GB storage
100 concurrent listeners
Live video broadcasting included

These limits may change. We'll notify you before reducing limits on existing stations.

What We Don't Guarantee

100% uptime — we aim for high availability but don't offer an SLA on the free plan.
Content moderation — you're responsible for what you broadcast.
Music licensing — we don't verify your right to broadcast any track.
Data preservation — always keep backups of your original audio files.

Termination

By you — delete your station anytime. All data is permanently removed.
By us — we may suspend or terminate stations that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or receive valid copyright complaints.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload.
By uploading, you grant us a license to stream and cache your content for the purpose of operating your station.
We don't claim ownership of your music or broadcasts.
The AWE Radio name, logo, and platform are owned by Retro 87 AB.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retro 87 AB is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to copyright claims against your station.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts.
